MY PERSONAL FEELINGS ABOUT MY WORK:

I consider it an honor to be trusted, and I have learned something from every person who has been my client! I HELP PEOPLE RECOVER THE RIGHT AND THE POWER TO HEAL THEMSELVES.

My experience is that most difficult or long-standing issues are caused by decisions we make about ourselves during overwhelming or repeated physically or emotionally distressing events. Without diagnosing DSM-IV conditions, I address the energetic and original CAUSE of present-day issues and assist my clients in reclaiming their lives as quickly as possible.

I have walked my talk through some very difficult life passages including the death of my husband when we were newlyweds, and my subsequent return to school to earn my Doctorate in Psychology (2002). Five+ years ago I had uterine cancer and used my own skills to resolve the cancer from the perspective that cancer is caused by chaos,

conflict and confusion. Adult-onset cancer can be viewed as chaotic cell growth, and it happens when the body can no longer deal with high levels of bio-energetic stress. I also know that illness is an ally when you look at the metaphor being expressed. The body is trying to get our attention to an emotional or spiritual program that is not in vibrational resonance with our Original Design and blueprint for life on Earth. Since 1989 I have been teaching a wide variety of self-empowerment workshops with two foundational principles:

We are vibrating energy patterns in an energetic universe

We create our reality with our thoughts - both conscious and unconscious.

I've been a practitioner of Somatics and Shamanic Healing since 1987, and I know that physical, emotional and spiritual healing takes place on three levels: superconscious, conscious and unconscious. The superconscious mind (Higher Self) can accomplish healing that the conscious mind (intellect) cannot even imagine - like going back to the beginning of time to repair mistakes made and hurt caused to or by others.

I approach self-empowerment from both mainstream and spiritual/metaphysical perspectives. As a conference speaker, I've presented seminars and/or workshops at conferences of the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology (ACEP); the International Society for the Study of Subtle Energies and Energy Medicine (ISSSEEM); as well as The American Society of Dowsers; the San Diego Chapter of the American Psychological Association, Casa de la Luz Regional Hospice Conference (Tucson, AZ) and several chapters of the Institute for Noetic Sciences.
